US Forest Service Roads
About USFS Forest Roads: while "FS xxx" makes some sense, the USFS itself uses the official name "National Forest Development Road," which would abbreviate to "NFD." BUT, the signs themselves usually say "National Forest" or "NF" on them (when they say anything at all); they never say "FS." Therefore, I think we should recommend "NF" in the ref tag for forest roads. --Adam Schneider (talk) 21:17, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
