The village boundary are mapped according to the official data (MRSAC). The normal case is: the admin_centre is the village with the same name as the boundary.

There are difficult cases:

1) boundaries without name and no village inside

2) boundaries within bigger towns (like Akola): only one boundary has an admin_centre =town name

3) boundaries with name, but no village inside: of course there can be single farmyards

4) additional villages within a boundary: they are not the admin_centre

5) additional villages without unkown name

6) the name of the admin_centre is not the same as the name of the boundary
