Flagging discrepancies with official data

Is there a standard way to tag a building or an addr=* node to indicate when we explicitely diverge from official government data?

I usually add a note=* saying something like "Number 23 is really here despite UrbisAdm claims it is on the building next door", "This building was rebuilt in 2022, it does not match current UrbIS data", "Housenumber 19 does not exist". source:geometry=survey if necessary. It might be useful to either have a dedicated tag for this or a standard text, to facilitate human review during future imports. Bxl-forever (talk) 10:36, 23 January 2023 (UTC)
