Use of Wikimapia

I don't think the data from Wikimapia can be used for OSM. There terms of use state "for non-commercial purposes only: personal or educational" which is not compatible with our CC-licence. Wikipedia also discussed the use of Wikimapia data and they came to the conclusion that they could not use it. --Michael gd 11:09, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
