Shows the icon for the status of a Map Note and a link to the Note.
Usage
{{MapNote|12345|open}} will give you 
Note 12345
{{MapNote|12345|closed}} will give you 
Note 12345
If you omit the status parameter, you'll get a question mark - or - if this becomes a Module, it'll fill the status automatically.

To Do
I will have to check whether there's a way to create a LuA Module that get the status of the Note from the API rather than having to use the fixed status in the Template.
