This is template which puts a large grey label on the page, suggesting that a portuguese translation would be good. It also puts the page into Category:Translate to Portuguese.

Because the label is quite large and obtrusive, it is only appropriate to place this on pages which are particularly relevant to the portuguese-speaking OSM community, rather than important pages of the OSM wiki in general.
