Too bright and prominent

I've tried to make this label a bit less bright and prominent. It's placed right at the top of lots of pages. If it was a very temporary cleanup label that would be OK, but it's been on the top of all the emergency tag pages for over year. Personally I don't think we should have clean-up labels at all, unless there's a clean plan of how to complete a clean up, because (ironically) labelling things like this is actually quite a messy thing to do. -- Harry Wood (talk) 22:34, 18 August 2015 (UTC)
