i'm dato.

i've just graduated from Tbilisi State University MA degree in Human Geography. i work for ngo called JumpStart Georgia (aka Open Maps Caucasus) as a GIS analyst and project manager. we are working in a field of open data & open source geographic information.

i'm also a founding member of sovlab - soviet past research laboratory. we are working towards researching & rethinking soviet past of georgia. i'm managing one project there and all mapping related activities also.
