A small collection of websites that I consider useful, and that relate in some way to OpenStreetMap.

How Did You Contribute To OSM

Shows you issues with your contributions, your ranking in various regions, how many nodes, ways and relations you've created, modified and deleted, and loads of other fun statistics.

Where Did You Contribute To OSM

Shows you a heatmap of where you have contributed to the map.

Older OpenStreetMap

Contains the map as it was in 2018, useful for before pictures if you didn't get one.

Osmose

Shows issues with the map, and if you press more filters, you can enter your username to see issues with your contributions.

Geofabrik Inspector

Another tool for finding issues with the map data.

NLS Historic Maps

View historic maps of mostly just Great Britain that are out of copyright. The Ordnance survey 6 inch, 25 inch and 1:250-1:10560 are the most useful and interesting (in my opinion).

Map History

Ten years of OpenStreetMap (2006-2015), should show how the map changes.

Historic England Map

View listed buildings around England. The entries are often quite interesting.

NLS Map Finder

View out of copyright Ordnance Survey maps, and others. Useful for OHM.

Geograph

Creative commons licensed pictures across the British Isles. German version also available.

Overture Maps Foundation

Merges OSM data with Esri, Microsoft and Google Open Buildings, and creates an interoperable standard. Who knows where this will go...
