I have been mapping in Sydney from May(I think) July 2007.

I have mapped almost almost all of Marrickville and fair amount of the surrounding suburbs. I also map areas around Turramurra, Rockdale and Marourbra when I go out there to visit friends/family.

After I exhausted those areas I am now roaming all over Sydney to fill in street names.

I am using a TomTom-720 with NMEALogger and a few custom shell scripts on the TomTom to log oneways and service roads quickly and easily. I have recently added a Carputer running TangoGPS with a custom mapnik rendering that highlights un-named streets in a way that I find useful
