Terms of Use
These WMS are a non-commercial project, run in my spare time and paid by my own money. My infrastructure is a small virtual server, therefore the usage of these WMS is only permitted under the following conditions:
- You may use these services to contribute to the OpenStreetMap project (i.e. as background map in JOSM).
- Applications have to send an unique User-Agent and, if the request is issued by a web browser, a referrer.
- Scripted access and bulk access (scraping) is not permitted.
- You may use the WMS for non-regular viewing and inspecting but not for regular commercial and non-commercial activities (except OSM mapping). Example: Using a WMS client like QGIS to have a look at the rendered image is ok but using regularly as a background map is not permitted.
- Usage in web sites which do not aim to support contribution to OpenStreetMap is permitted if both the width and the height of the map does not exceed 500 pixel.
- Non-mapping usage which consumes to much resources might get blocked without prior notice.
- If you need a service like this for activities not permitted by these rules, contact User:Nakaner and ask for the source code to set it up or pay his employer to set it up for you on our own hardware.
