First of all, let me say hallo!

The open street map idea is an idea that I had myself some years ago, and which I turned into a (smaller) project that attracted at least some contributors: The GPS-Punkte website.

Data have been collected and fed into the not publicly interactive database by me, accumulating to about 4 million trackbits (= small individual linear track parts).

According to the mission of my old project I'd like to share this database with OpenStreetMap, but hesitate to introduce the several hundred individual track parts by hand, especially by re-exporting them at length from my own database. Therefore the question: Is there a way to import my tracks "from the back-side" into OSM, without needing to do the lengthy individual GPX uploads?
