I'm mapping Woerden and between Nieuwegein and Woerden.
Currently I'm using my Nokia N80ie with an i-Blue GPS adapter. For software I use the Nokia Sports Tracker ([1]). The latest version can also output directly to GPX 1.1 format. Previously I converted first to KML, an converted with GPSBabel to GPX, and fixed the timestamps in the GPX files.
