I'm a geocacher (says it all really). Also have a background in GIS. I've just finished as President of the NZ Recreational GPS Society and I'm currently stepping into the Immediate Past President role and now have an opportunity to pick up on on pet projects such as OSM.

I am initially keen to bike features with high-sensitivity consumer GPS to get exercise and refine the position of features which appear to have been initially identified off satellite images. I'm starting in the North East of Christchurch, but with my geocaching activity will be contributing tracks from all over as I have the time. I've also just started off the roads in Niue as well.
