My name is Dave and I am a Brit living (at the moment) in Holland.

I plan to help out with mapping:

- The Hague and routes around The Netherlands;

- Cornwall, UK where I spend several weeks a year;

- Northern Ireland, where we visit my wife's family.

This GPS thing is all new to me!

Just received my Garmin GPS 60. It seems to have the accuracy and features necessary to let me contribute to OSM. Doesn't seem that hard to use - it came with a USB cable and the included software helps get data off the device; GPS-Babel converts that into the .gpx format for uploading to OSM. (What else does a GPS device have to do?!)

Initial tracks around mid-Cornwall have worked fine so far. (See link, above.)
