Sxpert is the OSM (since January 20, 2005, registered user No. 33) tag for Amaury Jacquot, France. I live in (and have started to map) the city of Grenoble in the French Alps.
Python Navsys is one of my projects. it's a car navigation system that also features GPS capture.
It uses a Postgresql database as a backend

Sxpert is awarded a MegaStar for uploading one million track points.
I am also developing a new version of the tiles@home queue manager that uses postgresql as a backend
