Information
This is a compilation of various datasets on airports in 5 countries with the aim of finding common patterns between them.
- Brazil, France, Malaysia, USA and South Africa were chosen due to their large size, variety of operations and publically available data.
- Airport physical data is the most current from the AIPs, while statistical data is from official sources for the year 2024, except for Brazil which is from 2018. Numbers for 2024 and 2018 should be within 10% of each other.
- Only airports present both in the statistical datasets and AIPs are included.
- Due to their size, the full lists of airports are saved in their own pages.

United States AIS Airport Data
Only aerodromes present in OPSNET are included.
Enplanements are multiplied by 2 thus getting a rough figure for total passengers movements.
Commercial movements are increased by 100 to keep ratios similar at very low values.
