What I do
During my free time, I usually go out solving StreetComplete quests, adding buildings based on satellite imagery, adding forest and other landuses, doing HOTOSM tasks, and more.
2018
I first knew about OpenStreetMap in August 2018, when I downloaded MAPS.ME.
2019
In late-March 2019, I started contributing to the website, without knowing much about how to edit in the first place.
For example, I changed roads' tags to primary just because I walked there all the time.
I was living in Malaysia at the time, and did some contributions in my area too.
January 2022
In the beginning of January 2022, I started recording GPX traces on my walks to see if there's anything to edit and edit when I come back home.
August 2022-
On August 7, 2022, I got a new Android phone (I had an iPhone back then). This was a great opportunity for me to map even more, since apps like StreetComplete and Vespucci don't exist on iPhone. Nowadays I solve a lot of StreetComplete quests, detail the map (adding landuse, paths, roads, buildings), contribute to HOTOSM, and mapping forests.
