I add location names in the Dakota and Lakota dialects of the Oc̣eti Ṡakowiƞ language, and quality-check such entries by others. Sometimes I try to make some improvements to elements with Dakota/Lakota names if I see an obvious path of improvement (e.g. wikidata tags seem like low-hanging fruit). I don't really do anything else on OSM. My OSM User Page has more on my process and reasoning and will include Diary entries explaining further once I get around to writing some.
