Hello and welcome to Wiki. Every file must have a license specified. Preferably in the form of a template, and 99% of popular licenses have a template: Category:Media license templates. There is no such license as CC-BY-SA - the version must be given. And "BY" requires the author to be listed. maro21 22:14, 2 August 2024 (UTC)

The GitHub source clearly indicates that the license is "CC BY-SA version 4.0"

If you'd like to update the file with the correct license, that's fine. But don't add incorrect license information. I did NOT publish this file without a license. I did publish it under the CC BY-SA license.
