Pipeline_data_sources

Hi,

you have added a couple of sources for pipline data to OSM wiki. A large amount of this sources might not be used for OSM because it requires a share-alike or an attribution. I have divided the page between an allowed and a forbidden source listing.

Why did you add this sources? The OSM wiki is no private link list. Your list has mentioned at German OSM forum due to this forbidden sources. :-) --Nakaner (talk) 19:00, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

Hi Nakaner,

I can only apologise. I should have done my reading beforehand. I assumed that because we tag a source=* that share-alike or attribution would be ok. I see now it clearly states on the Import Guidelines that this is not so and I should have investigated properly first. Ill go through my edits and remove any information that that comes from any of these sources on sunday when I have some time. Its mostly just a few names of compressor stations and some pipeline type=* values.--Martin2014 (talk) 19:55, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
