There are currently some users working on mapping on OpenStreetMap the different modes of public transport in Costa Rica. There is already some previous work done, related to INCOFER service. The goal of this page is to gather information and coordinate efforts to begin properly mapping public transport in Costa Rica.

Modes

Intersectorial

According to the MOPT's website, Intersectorials are primary routes that communicate peripheral populations of the city. They allow users to move to their destiny without passing throughout the center of San José. Operation hours of this mode of transport is from 5:00am to 7:00pm, monday through sunday. with a fare of ¢350.
