DeFlock is a mobile OpenStreetMap editor expressly for adding Automatic License Plate Readers (ALPRs). The app is available for both iOS and Android.

Imagery

The DeFlock app has three basemaps available, OpenStreetMap Carto, OpenTopoMap, and Bing imagery. More imagery layers can be added manually in the app's settings.

Routing

Routing capability is included in the map, with a special function where the route avoids any existing mapped LPRs. The routing service is provided by FlockHopper, which uses GraphHopper. The routing service can be accessed through the FlockHopper app or website independently of the DeFlock app.
