6. Adoption of new Articles of Association
   The board of the the OpenStreetMap Foundation (the “Foundation”) propose that the following resolution is passed as a special resolution
   Special Resolution
   “That the draft articles of association circulated with this agenda be hereby adopted as the articles of association of the Foundation in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the existing articles of association and memorandum of association of the Foundation."
7. Amendment of the new articles allowing non-natural persons to vote as associate members
   The board of the the OpenStreetMap Foundation (the “Foundation”) propose that the following resolution is passed as a special resolution:
   Special Resolution
   “That the draft articles of association circulated with this agenda and adopted by this meeting, be amended by removing paragraph 75 (3) “they are a natural person.”
