• Local Chapters, virtual congress planning perhaps for November
• Gov Committee, Meeting planned for Aug 17, Martijn to represent OSM US at least in first meeting(s)
• Virtual Fall Event: First meeting held, Intent to move forward, Probably in October
• Mappy hours: 200 people on mailing list, Continuing bi-weekly
• External events: SOTM presentation done, not much feedback, Baltimore Data Day this week, TUGIS in August
• Strategic Planning: Board had another session with Allan Gunn, new V3 of strategy doc ready. Deadline for process? Proposing October for extenal use
• LC application announcement
• Switch to CiviCRM, Enables donor / membership drives
• Taxes, Filed for 2019

New business

• ED Reporting Schedule, Less frequent proposed as we move more to oversight role
• iD editor, Plan is to have OSMF, OSM US and HOT to contribute equally
• Vote on support. Unanimously in favor
