Certain imports into OpenStreetMap add tags indicating if the imported elements were checked by a human. These tags are usually used to indicate that a geometry of an element has not been checked and are removed after an editor reviews them.
There are no established rules in import guidelines for when an import needs to include these tags and their necessity should therefore be assessed by the community.
