Bicycle Bypass is a feature of traffic calming objects, where bicycles, mofas, motorcycles etc. can pass by the obstacle without being affected.
How to map
add bicycle_bypass=yes to the traffic_calming node.
If the bypass only affects one direction, use bicycle_bypass:forward=yes and bicycle_bypass:backward=no or vice versa.
For some object types (e.g. the traffic_calming=cushion) one could assume that cyclists may pass without impact.
