veterinary:treats:cat=* - for if a veterinary surgery treats cats

fee:cat=* - for if a fee must be paid when bringing a cat into somewhere

hazard=animal_crossing + hazard:animal=cat - a place with a sign warning that cats cross a road here (as these are often unofficial cat=* should not be used here)

Possible tagging mistakes

Historically, this tag has been used as parts of imports and for other unclear reasons. cat=* should only be used in relation to the animal Felis catus. It should not be used as shorthand of category.
