The internet_access:captive_portal=* tag is used to indicate whether or not the internet access provided by a feature is gated behind a 
captive portal.
Note that this tag is independent of internet_access:fee=*.
Values
internet_access:captive_portal=yes- A captive portal is presentinternet_access:captive_portal=no- No captive portal is present
How to map
Add the internet_access=* tag and appropriate value to the feature tagged with internet_access=*.
If the feature is tagged with internet_access=no, the internet_access:captive_portal=* should not be used.
