The iucn_level=* key is used to record the IUCN protected area category of protected areas. The value is one of IA, IB, II, III, IV, V or VI. It is mostly a redundant tagging of protect_class=* (which uses values 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6).
