Tag moved=yes indicates that the feature was moved from its original location.
Originally the usage of this tag was documented just for site_type=megalith but I imagine that it could be used with other tags as well.
At the moment, this tag is used e.g. in Germany for misc. features that have been moved from their original location, e.g. for historic buildings which have been moved to some open-air museum.
