Key was set by an automated edit (navibot) for the territory of Chile in 2009. Previously, road data from a government source had been uploaded to OSM. Many road segments were left unconnected which wasn't immediately visible in the rendering but would make any routing impossible. Navibot identified road continuations and crossings and connected the loose ends. The connecting point was tagged navibot:connected
The tag shall be deleted as soon the road connection is confirmed/rejected by a human editor.
