Key for a previously applicable value of addr:full=*. Possibly before a change in street naming, numbering etc.
Current addressing can be in addr:full=* or other addr:*=* keys.
For changes in house numbers, there is old_addr:housenumber=*.
The key avoids having to build dynamically a former address.
