The ref:IE:lenehan key is used to refer to a survey of thatched buildings in Co. Kilkenny which was conducted and published in 1994 by thatcher and archaeologist Jimmy Lenehan. Some of those buildings have since burnt down or the thatch replaced by another roof:material=*.
The self-published survey is accessible at the library of Kilkenny Archaeological Society in Rothe House, Parliament Street, Kilkenny and in the local studies department of the City Library, currently at John's Green, Kilkenny.
