Alternative Fuels Data Center (AFDC) is a project operated by the U.S. Department of Energy's Vehicle Technologies Office. The AFDC maintains a database of fueling stations using alternative fuels, including biodiesel, hydrogen, electricity, and others, and releases public data sets about the information it collects. These fueling stations are given unique identifiers which allow them to be tracked throughout the AFDC system.
