OpenChargeMap, commonly known as OCM, provides a database of charging stations. This data may not be directly imported into OSM because of licensing issues, but it often makes sense to include the reference to tie together charging stations and charging points in OSM to those documented within OCM. OCM lists their reference IDs with a preceding OCM-, only the numeric portion is the ID, and thus usable in the URL pattern.
