Currently, the heating substations in Constanța, Romania are tagged with operator=R.A.D.E.T. Constanta, or not tagged with operator=* at all. However, RADET Constanța declared bankrupcy in 2021, and was restructured as Termoficare Constanța S.R.L.

I am proposing changing the operator=* tag to operator=Termoficare Constanța for all the mapped heating substations in the city ("Punct termic"), fixing the outdated tag values as well as adding the tag to the substations that lack it.

Why

The current tag is outdated, and doesn't accurately reflect the real life situation.

How

Using JOSM and the Overpass API. I will select nodes tagged with industrial=heating_station in the city, add the operator=Termoficare Constanța tag, after which I will select ways tagged with the same industrial=heating_station tag, with the exception of CET Brătianu, which is the main station and operated by Electrocentrale Constanţa, and again add the operator=Termoficare Constanța tag.

137 ways and 25 nodes. There are over 200 substations in the city, although not all are mapped.
