Webbased OpenStreetMap Monitioring Tool ("OSM Monitioring Tool") is a web application that allows filtering OSM changesets together with object tag filtering, including filtering of objects within regions and time ranges. It is similar to OSMCha supports filtering not only by changeset tags but also by OSM object tags.
