What: PapaMap is a read-only map of baby changing tables in Germany, rebuilt nightly from Overpass. Every pin deep-links to the same object in MapComplete: toilets in the official toilets theme, cafés and shops in a custom MapComplete theme loaded via userlayout. Visitors can answer the missing room question themselves; the site itself writes nothing.

Who: one hobby project by User:Aloissiola. Visitors edit as themselves, under their own OSM accounts, in standard editors (MapComplete, iD). Nobody is paid, nobody edits on anyone's behalf.

Why: changing_table:location is the only tag recording which room a changing table is in. Where it exists, women's-room-only outnumbers men's-room-only about 7:1, and 95% of tables don't record the room at all. The map turns those gaps into ordinary survey edits. A StreetComplete quest for the same tag is proposed in streetcomplete#6977.

Tags touched: changing_table, changing_table:location, changing_table:fee. Documented values only, on-site observation only.

Scale and timeframe: whatever individual visitors survey. No imports, no mechanical edits, no changeset hashtags. Ongoing since July 2026.
