About WB Geo Team
Wildberries (shortly WB) is one of the largest marketplaces. WB uses OpenStreetMap data in its geographic services. The company is interested in correct, up-to-date data for pick-up points, courier routes etc. Based on this, our team members usually contribute edits to the layers of roads/buildings/addresses on the territory of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and some other countries where the company operates.

While editing, WB Geo Team uses the #wbgeo hashtag, so the OSM members can find our commits.

WB Geo Team is working with OSM data since October 2023.

WB Geo Team usually maps in manual mode using data from legal sources listed here: RU:Россия#Источники данных and also from internal resources.
Sometimes we use the tools such as JOSM.
