Description
A non-bank, non-credit union that offers "payday loans", short term credit or cheque cashing services.
Rationale
Cash shops are not banks and may be regulated differently or unregulated. The financial services they offer will be very limited, usually immediate cheque cashing or short-term "payday" loans. Service charges and interest charges may be unusually high.
Usage
Add a node tagged shop=cash in the center of the shop. Larger shops may be mapped as an area tagged as shop=cash.

Rendering
Cash shops should be rendered as a monetary symbol, perhaps a "cent" symbol to differentiate it from a legitimate / regulated bank. They should only be rendered at very high zoom levels.
