Please do not only tag addr:housenumber=*, but also add at least addr:street=* or addr:place=* for places without streets (or map the belonging to a street with a relation using associatedStreet relation or street relation.)
- Multiple values in
addr:housenumber=*should not refer to different street names inaddr:street=*. addr:housenumber:signed=nomeans there is no sign for the number on the building.- In some countries or regions, the value may include an indicator for a specific entrance or building with this house number. Sample:
addr:housenumber=4.1in Switzerland. - Consider adding
addr:housename=*if there is one.
