Problem Statement
In Czechia we haven't yet agreed on a tagging schema for railway signals. There are currently two in-use and documented schemas, this proposal is based mostly on one of them and overall tries to unify the tagging in Czechia.
Large parts of the proposal are in Czech, since this tagging would be used exclusively in Czechia.

Impact on Data Consumers
This proposal could impact https://openrailwaymap.app. However most of this tagging is implemented already and only small changes in rendering would be necessary.
Features/Pages affected
All Czech railway:signal... pages. Possibly some English versions where mentions of combined_repeated signals and the like would have to be removed.
