Proposal

For many cities and countries there are websites where people can report problems like potholes, broken lights or illegal waste disposal.

Let us introduce the following tags for administrative boundaries:

report_problems:website
Full URL to a website where problems such as potholes, broken lights or illegal waste disposal can be reported.
report_cycling_problems:website
Full URL to a website where problems related to cycling can be reported.

If these URLs contain the strings {lat} or {lon}, these placeholders are to be replaced by the latitude and longitude of the vicinity where the problem is to be reported.

Rationale

openstreetmap.org currently let's you right click somewhere to add notes, likewise existing OSM apps could implement a feature where right clicking somewhere gives you the option to Report a local problem to the government.

These tags could therefore aid people in discovering such websites (especially if you're currently in another city or abroad).

Tagging

The tags should only be added to administrative boundaries.
