Proposal
Add request_stop roles to public transport relations. This would also include request_platform, request_stop_entry_only, etc. as well as potentially deprecating the request_stop key for certain nodes.
Rationale
In many cities there are bus lines which have some stops on demand. They are often parts of night bus lines, express bus lines and sometimes less popular stops are request stops for regular bus lines. The reason why this role would be better than the request_stop=yes tag is because a stop could still be a permanent stop for most lines while being a stop on demand for other lines.
Tagging
The role request_stop should be used on nodes with public_transport=stop_position tag and request_platform for nodes with public_transport_platform. Using combinations such as request_stop_exit_only could also be used.
Examples
Night bus lines would have all/most stop and platform tags replaced with request_stop and request_platform tags.
