It looks like this really never took off, maybe it would be more apropriate to locate this key under emergency rather than amenity? I know the proposal doesn't actually state which group it should belong to but it seems amenity=coast_guard have been assumed instead of emergency=coast_guard --Skippern 18:57, 31 August 2012 (BST)
