Silverhill Trail

The Silverhill Trail runs for between just north of Westhouses and the former Silverhill Colliery site near Teversal where it joins the Teversal Trail. on abandoned railway lines (all former colliery railways).

It is designed for use by walkers, cyclists and horse riders - all of the trail is essentially flat. Sign boards exist at the western (Derbyshire) end, at the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border, and where it meets other trails such as the Five Pits Trail and the Teversal Trail.

Progress

The entire main path has been mapped, as have most connecting footpaths. More GPS traces to get a more accurate track would however be welcome.

Relation relation 68824.
