UN Mappers imports

This is a list of imports organized by the UN Mappers, that is part of the Unite Maps initiative.

UNSOS waterways import (2020)

/Somalia_UNSOS_waterways_import is an on-going data import. It consists on the import of more than 108,000 km of waterways in the southern part of Somalia. You can see it's workflow here: /Somalia_UNSOS_waterways_import/Workflow.

MadMappers imports

MadMappers roads import (2011)

This is an import from August 2011, with consisted mostly of tracks. You can find them with the attribution=Mart Roumen; FAO-SWALIM; Madmappers-SOM-2008-01 tag or similar.

Roads import of data from MadMappers required (JOSM expert) volunteers help out with checking and merging in data. (See this wiki).

This import has lots of issues, with many very incorrect or simply non-existing tracks. There is currently a Maproulette challenge to start fixing all this roads.
