Exclusion zone - a zone established by a sanctioning body to prohibit specific activities in a specific geographic area. These zones are created for control of populations for safety, crowd control, or military purposes, and they may be temporary or permanent. Trespassing such areas can be prohibited and punished by law.
Use military=exclusion_zone to map military exclusion zones.
See also access=permit to indicate an area or feature which is open only to people who have obtained a permit granting them access, but permit is very easy to obtain.
