Description
Orthodox churches in Poland belongs to Polish Orthodox Church. After introducing of other tags like denomination=bulgarian_orthodox, denomination=macedonian_orthodox it was proposed[1] to estabilish this tagging for Poland.
Tag denomination=orthodox is more generic for orthodox churches, not indicating if they have connections to specific autocephaly.
Examples
Not every object in Poland connected to orthodox religion should be tagged with that tag. It should apply to eg.:
- churches (buildings).
Places like
- shrines (historic=wayside_shrine);
- cemeteries (landuse=cemetery)
